Our story

Hi, I'm Taylor D. Having grown up in south Florida, and spent the last 11 years (and counting) in the Bay Area, you could say my fashion choices have been influenced by the peninsulas on which I've lived. Thus, the name, Peninsula Vintage. And there are two parts to this wonderful new endeavor.

The first is bringing high-quality vintage basics to the closets of Bay Area residents, at an affordable price point. As an avid vintage shopper, I love the thrill of finding a unique piece, but I struggled to find the basic cardigan or skirt I could make an everyday staple in my wardrobe. Those are the types of pieces you'll find at my vintage booth, and everything I source and sell at markets is made of majority natural fibers*.

The second piece of this is personal styling. Over the years, I have helped many friends, family, and colleagues plan outfits for special vacations and occasions, organize their closets, or help them revamp their entire wardrobe. I figured I should formalize it. One of the things that brings me utter joy in life is seeing someone light up in an outfit that makes them feel confident, and knowing that I've played a small part in helping them feel that way. So when it comes to my styling services, that is my ultimate goal, to help you find the style YOU feel best in, with pieces you'll love for life, and clutter-free closet as the cherry on top.
